Day 44 - Passed the Endurance Test 💪

Day 44 Monday September 26

Today is the last leg of our "Endurance Test" as we leave Alesund for Bergen. We have been on the road since the past 3 days for almost 12 hours daily and are now longing for a break as many of us are bone-tired. What keeps us going is the enthusiasm and energy of Tushar, Sanjay and Amit as also the synergy between the group members, who have now become a part of our families.

The awesome scenery which I have been raving about is also a factor that keeps us cheerful and joyous.

After the usual tea and lunch break at Forde, a rather unsettling incident took place. It's been drizzling and one of the cars skidded and hit an electric pole. Fortunately no one was hurt but the vehicle was damaged and had to be left at the local Toyota service centre. Shrishti and Deval with their luggage were adjusted in other cars and we moved along.

Two ferries, one of which is electric powered, and another 20 tunnels later we reached Hotel Radisson Blu Bergen at 7.00 pm. We had a tasty dinner at India Gate restaurant.
