Day 48 - Hej Sweden

We managed to squeeze out of the parking lot of Hotel Grand, Oslo and made our way to country # 16 on our trip, Sweden. 

What a lovely day it is, bright sunshine and a clear blue sky welcomes us to Sweden.

We are back in Stockholm for the third time in 4 years. On the previous two occasions we flew in and took the bus to get to our hotel. This time, arriving by road and that too steering our own car into the city was quite a thrilling experience. As we were approaching the hotel we were reminded of some streets that we had walked on. It was also nice to look at the buildings and other landmarks that I had photographed on our earlier visit.

Checking in to Hotel Sheraton Stockholm at 6 pm, a bit early than we normally do, was great. We kept our bags in the room and Priti and I walked around Vasagatan for an hour before going for dinner at Mother India restaurant.
